Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This AUP explains what’s allowed on Digibility and what isn’t. It applies to all visitors, customers, users, and invitees (“you”). This AUP is part of our Terms of Use; if they conflict, the Terms control.
Quick summary
Use Digibility lawfully and respectfully. Don’t post or promote harmful, illegal, deceptive, or high-risk content. Follow platform rules (Meta, LinkedIn, Google). No spam, scraping, or abuse. If you violate this AUP, we may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate your account.
Scope & definitions
- Service: Digibility’s websites, app, APIs, trials, wishlist, messaging, and support.
- Content: Anything you upload, create, schedule, send, or approve (text, images, video, links, ads).
- Integrations: Third-party platforms you connect (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile).
- AI outputs: AI-assisted drafts, recommendations, or analyses generated for you.
Baseline responsibilities
You must:
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
- Hold all rights/permissions for the content you upload or publish.
- Review and approve AI drafts before publication.
- Follow each Integration’s policies and local laws in your target markets.
- Protect access credentials and OAuth tokens; don’t share logins outside your organization.
- Respect rate limits and fair-use guidelines.
Prohibited content & industries (hard “no”)
Do not use Digibility to create, post, promote, or sell:
- Adult sexual content/services: pornography, escorting, explicit fetish content.
- Weapons/explosives: firearms, ammunition, bombs, weapon accessories.
- Gambling & betting: online casinos, sports betting, private lotteries (including where legality is unclear).
- Tobacco & vaping: cigarettes, e-cigs, vape juices, nicotine pouches, surrogate advertising.
- Illegal drugs & unlicensed pharma: narcotics, steroids, SARMs; prescription drugs without licenses.
- Hate/extremism: incitement, hate symbols, praise or support of extremist individuals/organizations.
- Fraud/high-risk finance: HYIPs, “guaranteed returns,” unlicensed forex/crypto signals, pump-and-dump schemes.
- Pyramid/MLM schemes and chain referrals.
- Counterfeit/piracy: fake goods, gray-market replicas, cracked software, IP theft.
- Hacking/malware/surveillance: exploits, keyloggers, stalkerware, illegal spy gear.
- Academic cheating: essay mills, exam proxies, fake certificates.
- Unlicensed medical claims: miracle cures, false health claims, before/after content that violates platform rules.
- Political influence operations without clear disclosure and lawful basis.
We may expand this list to reflect law and platform policy updates.
Regulated categories (allowed only with strict guardrails)
The following are conditional and often restricted by geography/platform. If you operate here, you are responsible for compliance and must provide proof/licensing on request:
- Alcohol: age-gating, local law compliance, no surrogate advertising.
- Financial services (licensed): SEBI/RBI/NBFC or applicable licenses; no guaranteed returns; required disclaimers.
- Healthcare/clinics: valid registrations; substantiated claims; no prohibited before/after; required disclaimers.
- Crypto exchanges/wallets (regulated): KYC/AML controls; risk disclosures; no coin shills/ICOs.
- Political advertising: allowed only with platform-specific authorization and clear sponsorship disclosures.
- Contests/giveaways: follow platform and local legal rules; publish terms and eligibility.
If in doubt, don’t post. We may disable features or decline service where risk is high.
Operational misuse (not allowed)
- Spam: unsolicited or bulk messages, comment spam, mass-tagging, or misleading engagement tactics.
- Scraping & abuse: harvesting user data, bypassing robots or API limits, automated account creation.
- Impersonation: pretending to be a person, brand, or entity you aren’t authorized to represent.
- Deception: fake endorsements, fabricated testimonials, undisclosed affiliate links, deep discounts that don’t exist.
- Security interference: probing, scanning, reverse-engineering, or attempting to bypass authentication or rate-limits.
- Benchmark disclosure: public performance tests, source code or model analysis without our prior written consent.
- Token/account abuse: sharing OAuth tokens, reusing revoked tokens, multi-account evasion after enforcement.
AI-generated and synthetic media
- Review required: AI outputs are suggestions. You must review and approve before publishing.
- No deceptive deepfakes: don’t use AI to impersonate real people or brands; don’t fabricate events or endorsements.
- IP rights: upload only content you own or are authorized to use; respect copyrights and trademarks.
- Label where needed: clearly disclose synthetic or edited media if a reasonable viewer could be misled.
- Sensitive topics: health/finance/politics require extra care, substantiation, and disclosures.
Platform policy compliance
You must follow the current policies of all platforms you connect (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Google). Platform violations (strikes, bans) are your responsibility. We may block or warn on risky posts, but final decisions rest with the platforms.
Data, privacy, and minors
- Personal data: collect and use personal data only with lawful basis (consent, contract, legitimate interests) and in line with our Privacy Policy, GDPR/UK-GDPR, India DPDP, CPRA, and other applicable laws.
- WhatsApp/email: send messages only with consent; honor opt-outs promptly.
- Children: our Service is for adults 18+. Do not target or knowingly collect data from children.
Security & fair use
- Enable 2FA where available; keep credentials confidential.
- Use OAuth; do not share tokens; revoke tokens you no longer need.
- Respect posting and API rate limits; no automated “hammering” or stress tests.
- Back up your original assets; we keep rolling backups but are not a long-term archival service.
Enforcement & consequences
We may take one or more actions, with or without notice, if we believe you violated this AUP or our Terms, or created legal/platform risk:
- Warning or content removal
- Feature limits (e.g., publishing disabled)
- Temporary suspension
- Termination and data disablement per our Terms/Privacy Policy
- Referral to platforms or authorities where required by law
Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate termination.
Reporting abuse
Report violations to info@digibility.ai with:
- Your contact info
- URLs/screenshots
- Description of the issue and why it violates this AUP
- Any platform IDs or post links
We’ll review and act where appropriate.
Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP as laws and platforms change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated AUP.

Usually OK
- A clinic posting appointment tips with substantiated claims and required disclaimers.
- A licensed NBFC sharing educational content without promised returns.
- A D2C brand running a giveaway with published rules and platform-compliant mechanics.
Not OK
- “Guaranteed 30% monthly returns” crypto ads.
- Deepfake videos impersonating a competitor’s founder.
- Posting prescription-only drugs for sale without licenses.
- Mass-DM campaigns or scraping user profiles/emails without consent.
