Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Digibility's website, platform, subscriptions, Founder Visibility Score-related paid services, Founder Visibility Pilot, assisted services, managed services, setup services, onboarding services, credits, add-ons, storage, campaign services, visibility reports, AI-assisted workflows, and related paid offerings.

This policy forms part of Digibility's Terms & Conditions and should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and any applicable order form, invoice, proposal, subscription agreement, or service agreement.

No Refund Policy

Mandatory Notice

All payments made to Digibility are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

  • Digibility does not provide refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, charge reversals, or compensation after payment has been made.
  • This applies to all monthly and annual subscriptions, one-time payments, Founder Visibility Pilot fees, setup fees, consulting fees, and usage-based add-ons.
  • By making payment, the user confirms that they understand and accept this no-refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

Users may cancel their subscription or service at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the available account settings, billing interface, support channel, or by contacting Digibility at info@digibility.ai. Cancellation is effective only after Digibility receives and processes the request.

End of Billing Cycle

After cancellation, the user's services will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle, unless Digibility terminates or restricts access earlier due to violation of Terms, non-payment, misuse, or policy breach.

At the end of the billing cycle, paid access, managed support, content generation, publishing workflows, reports, unused credits, and other plan-based benefits may stop. Users are responsible for exporting required content before the end of their access period.

Subscriptions and Renewals

Digibility subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date. Users are responsible for cancelling before renewal if they do not want future charges. Renewal payments are final and non-refundable once charged.

Pilot, Setup, Assisted, and Managed Services

Founder Visibility Pilot, setup, onboarding, assisted workflows, managed services, and managed calibration involve significant system resources, AI setup, human effort, and team allocation.

Fees for these services are non-refundable once payment is made, access is provided, onboarding begins, or any work has started. No refund will be provided if the user delays inputs, does not attend calls, or changes priorities after work has started.

Credits, Add-ons, Storage, and Usage-Based Purchases

All such purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits, capacity, storage, or generation limits do not automatically convert into refunds, cash, or extensions unless expressly agreed by Digibility in writing. Credits may expire based on the applicable plan.

Non-Usage and Dissatisfaction

Digibility does not provide refunds because the user did not use the service, changed their mind, did not complete onboarding, did not provide inputs, or was dissatisfied with subjective preferences.

No refunds for change of mind, business closure, budget changes, or a decision to use another vendor. Users are encouraged to review service details before making payment.

Third-Party Platform Issues

No refund, credit, or liability arises due to third-party platform outages (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.), API changes, permission restrictions, rejected posts, account restrictions, or algorithm changes. These platforms are not controlled by Digibility and operate under their own terms.

AI-Assisted Content and Approval-Related Issues

AI-assisted outputs may require review and editing. No refunds will be provided because AI output needs editing, the user rejects content after work has been performed, or the user expected fully automated publishing without approval.

No Refund for Business Outcome Expectations

Digibility helps improve visibility systems and workflow. External outcomes depend on market demand, product quality, and sales processes. We do not provide refunds for lack of leads, sales, followers, reach, or organic performance.

Failed Payments and Access Restrictions

If a payment fails or is disputed, Digibility may suspend or terminate access. Users remain responsible for unpaid fees and any costs associated with payment disputes or chargebacks.

Account Termination and Policy Violations

If access is terminated due to policy violation, misuse, or non-payment, the user is not entitled to refunds, credits, or extensions, subject to applicable law.

Refunds Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If law requires a refund, Digibility will comply with the minimum obligation required. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to processing timelines and fees.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation, users may contact Digibility at info@digibility.ai. Please include your full name, business name, registered email, and the plan you wish to cancel.
