Refund Policy

Overview

At Digibility, we're confident in the value we deliver. We focus on your success and expect results within 90 days of service commencement. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for new clients. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund of fees paid, minus reasonable service delivery costs.

60-Day Performance Review

At 60 days, we conduct a performance review with you. If we're not on track for your goals, we'll work with you to adjust strategy at no additional cost. Refunds are not available at this stage, but we prioritize optimization and your success.

90-Day Evaluation

Most clients see meaningful results by day 90. At this point, we evaluate results with you. If results don't meet expectations despite our efforts to optimize, we can discuss your options including service termination.

Refund Request Process

  1. Submit refund request within applicable timeframe
  2. Provide reasoning for refund request
  3. We review and respond within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refund processes within 14 business days

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Services already delivered and published (content creation, distribution)
  • Setup and onboarding fees after service commencement
  • Paid advertising spend (managed separately)
  • Services after 90 days unless specifically agreed upon

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Digibility service anytime with 30 days written notice. Cancellation after the 30-day period means you forfeit remaining month's fees.
