This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, accidental renewals, billing errors, and service credits are handled for Digibility subscriptions and related purchases.
1. Trial Before Paid Subscription
Digibility may offer a free trial before a paid subscription begins. The trial is intended to help you evaluate the platform before paying.
Digibility does not offer a general money-back guarantee after a paid subscription charge has been processed.
2. Subscription Charges
Once a paid subscription is activated or renewed, fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing term, except where this Refund Policy expressly states otherwise or where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal charge.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless suspended earlier for a violation of Digibility’s Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
4. No Refund After Paid Signup
If you move from a free trial to a paid plan, Digibility does not provide a refund simply because you decide not to continue using the service after the paid signup occurs.
5. Annual Plans
If Digibility offers annual plans, any early termination relief, downgrade relief, or account adjustments will be handled according to the applicable plan terms, billing terms, or customer support decision in the specific case.
6. Accidental Renewals
If you believe a renewal happened by mistake because you forgot to cancel, contact Digibility within 24 hours of the renewal charge.
Digibility may review such requests in good faith, but approval is not guaranteed unless the charge falls within a category that this policy clearly treats as refundable.
7. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
A full refund may be issued for:
- duplicate charges;
- charges processed after a valid cancellation due to system error;
- other verified billing errors.
To request a billing-error review, contact Digibility promptly with relevant account and payment details.
8. Top-Up Credits and One-Time Add-Ons
Credit top-ups, add-ons, and one-time services are generally non-refundable once delivered, scheduled, provisioned, or consumed.
Refunds for top-ups are limited to verified billing errors.
9. Service Credits for SLA Issues
If Digibility clearly states a service-level commitment and monthly uptime falls below that threshold, Digibility may offer service credits rather than cash refunds, subject to the applicable service terms.
10. Accounts Suspended for Policy Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating Digibility’s Terms or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds, except where required by law.
11. Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, Digibility may immediately suspend or terminate the account and stop providing further service.
12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method and payment provider.
13. Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is intended to apply globally, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Any disputes relating to this Refund Policy will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
